Saya bukannya suka sangat ambil tahu hal orang dengan sibuk bertanya soalan bertalu-talu, tambahan pula baru berkenalan...Tetapi telinga ini kadang-kadang dapat menangkap apa yang dibualkan oleh seseorang berhampiran dengan saya...
Satu hari, saya terdengar perbualan antara dua orang yang baru berkenalan. Seorang penduduk tempatan, seorang lagi ustaz dari Algeria. Banyak hal yang dibualkan, tambahan pula berasal dari negara yang berlainan. Namun saya paling ingat bila soalan diajukan berkenaan pasangan hidup.
Satu hari, saya terdengar perbualan antara dua orang yang baru berkenalan. Seorang penduduk tempatan, seorang lagi ustaz dari Algeria. Banyak hal yang dibualkan, tambahan pula berasal dari negara yang berlainan. Namun saya paling ingat bila soalan diajukan berkenaan pasangan hidup.
Malaysia : Are you married ustaz?
Algeria : Yes, i'm married. Alhamdulillah.
Malaysia : With woman from your country?
Algeria : No, i'm married with local people. Malaysian woman.
Malaysia : Your wife must be so beautiful ustaz..
Algeria : (smiling) Honestly, if i compare with other woman, with woman from middle east, from my country, she is not beautiful.
Malaysia : Really?
Algeria : If i want to marry a beautiful woman, i did it a long time ago when i'm doing my master at middle east...
Malaysia : So why you marry her?
Algeria : Because she love Islam, she love Allah....That's why i marry her...Our prophet told us to do that.. And i'm verry happy with my decision..I'm happy with her now.
Sometimes my wife ask me..."why you marry me? there is a lot of beautiful woman out there...But why you choose me?" I just smile at her...
Actually she had an accident few months ago...She can't move her legs, started from her hip,thigh....She asked me to leave her..."Go search for another woman" she said, because she is disabled person now....
But i say no..."I love you because you love Islam, you love Allah...As long as you love Allah, i will love you...". Now everyday i'll send her to work and pick her up in the evening.
(lebih kurang begitulah yang dapat saya dapat melalui pendengaran yang kurang ini.....)
Secara peribadi saya sangat terharu dengan apa yang diucapkannya...." i love you because you love Allah"....Terngiang-ngiang dialog itu dalam telinga ini....
Terfikir juga, mampukah saya mencontohi Ustaz itu......Pasti isterinya beruntung mendapat suami yang setia seperti itu.
